Westport Home Sales Top $3.1 Million as 58 Deeds Recorded in September
Westport recorded 58 property deeds between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, with prices ranging from $40,000 to $3.1 million and a median of $625,100 among the 31 sales with a recorded price so far. The month's top sale was 15 Richmond Pond Drive at $3,100,000, followed by 185 Howland Road at $2,600,000. Old County Road led all streets with four recorded transfers. Nearly half of all filings, 27 of 58, do not yet show a sale price, and many of those involve the same family name as both seller and buyer, suggesting trust or estate transfers rather than open-market sales.
