Westport Home Sales Range From $40,000 to $3.1 Million This Period
Westport recorded 57 property transfers from Aug. 21 through Sept. 19, with 28 carrying a posted sale price so far. Prices among those 28 ranged from $40,000 to $3.1 million, with a median of $592,450. The period's top sale was 15 Richmond Pond Drive at $3.1 million on Sept. 8, followed by 185 Howland Road at $2.6 million. American Legion Highway and Old County Road each saw three transfers. Nearly half of all recorded transfers, 29 of 57, showed no price yet, typical for the registry's reporting lag rather than any withholding of terms.
