Westport Home Prices Range From $50,000 To $2.45 Million In Latest Deed Filings

Westport recorded 49 property deeds between July 10 and Aug. 8. Of the 27 with a disclosed sale price, values ranged from $50,000 to $2,450,000, with a median of $675,000. The period's top sale was 7 Olin Howland Way, which sold for $2,450,000 on July 17. Gifford Road and Main Road each saw four recorded transfers, and five properties on State Road, Oakland Street and Russell Street sold the same day for an identical $875,000 each, all from the same seller to the same buyer. Nearly half of all recorded deeds listed no sale price, limiting a full read on market tone.
