The management agent said 31 of 48 residents responded, with 61 percent very satisfied and 6 percent dissatisfied, and 96 percent reporting courteous maintenance staff. He said the authority was $10,431 ahead of budget two months into the year, holds a reserve of roughly $166,000 and received no state funding increase for fiscal 2027.
